A few years ago we photographed a really fun wedding that had some great Star Wars elements woven into it. One of the images went viral and was seen by tens of millions of people. It all started on Reddit with over a million views overnight, then it spread everywhere and was featured on news stations and websites across the country, including CNN, 10 News, AOL Home Page, LADBible, The List, Newsy, and dozens of news affiliate stations and websites! It took just a few minutes of shooting time at the wedding to get the shot, but it turned out to be the most viewed photo we’ve ever done.
Now that the newest Star Wars movie is being released, the interwebs have decided it’s time for it to go viral once again. Recently we were contacted by the website Bored Panda, and they have now posted a new story on it, as well as a handful of images from another wedding with some Star Wars touches that we shot the following year.
